Analysis reports generated for you may be used for your personal or internal business purposes. You may not resell or commercially redistribute reports without our written permission.

The analyses, scores, projections, and recommendations provided by LandValuator AI are generated by artificial intelligence and are intended for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any property.
AI-Generated Content. All analysis outputs are produced by automated AI systems. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated results may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. No Guarantees. Past performance data and projected returns are not guarantees of future results. Real estate investments carry inherent risks, and LandValuator AI makes no warranty regarding the outcome of any investment decision.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to LandValuator AI in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
